Matthew Messinger attributes his success as a senior vice president to his dedication

As a senior vice president of Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago, Mr. Messinger is responsible for supervising eight employees, ensuring compliance with corporate policies, managing portfolios as well as income and market risks, utilizing hedging techniques, developing presentations, and advising clients. He attributes his success to his dedication and the support of his mother.

Mr. Messinger received a Master of Science in applied mathematics from the Polytechnic Institute of New York University in 1981 and a Master of Arts in mathematics from Queens College in 1980.
