Lucy possesses particular expertise in consulting individuals on investment properties and urban planning. She is quite familiar with land use and potential land use and utilizes that knowledge in entitling land for developers.

Lucy got her start in the business when she was hired by Clark County in 1989 which eventually led to the establishment of her own consultancy. Her success stems from her affinity for solving problems in a creative way for her clients. During her educational career, Lucy earned a Master's degree in Urban Planning from Texas A&M University. She is a member of the American Planning Association and the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors. Lucy was appointed by the Governor to the Public Utilities Commission. She volunteers as a camp counselor for kids who have Arthritis and she serves on the Arthritis Foundation Board. Lucy also serves on the Board for Opportunity Village and the Speedway Children's Charities.
