Rick F. Littleton's expertise is in real estate development

SAN ANTONIO, TX, August 30, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Rick F. Littleton, Vice President of R.L. Worth & Associates, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in business management.

Mr. Littleton has 24 years of overall professional experience. As vice president, he is in charge of assisting clients with property sales, exchange, lease, management, development and finance, and investments, syndicating commercial and investment properties, coordinating with the architectural team, and leasing new commercial homes. He is a certified commercial investment member, and also holds a certification earned from the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors.

As a past chairman for the Realtors Commercial Alliance Board of Governors of the San Antonio Board of Realtors, Mr. Littleton served as national regional vice president, chairman of National Legislative Affairs, and president of the San Antonio Chapter, of the CCIM Institute. He received the National Awards Recognition Program from the National Association of Realtors in 2010, and the William E. Fleming Commercial Realtor Award in 2009. In 2003, he received the Omega Tau Rho Award from the Texas Association of Realtors.
