Paul possesses exceptional expertise in developing creative solutions. During his educational career, he earned his Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Science and Master of Arts degrees from Indiana University-Bloomington. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor degree from Iowa State University. While in law school, he served as a research assistant to Professor Alan Widiss, assisting in the writing of a new edition of the treatise Uninsured and Underinsured Motorist Insurance, published by Anderson Publishing.

Mr. Deloughery is a member of the State Bar of Arizona, including the Probate and Trust Law Section, and also the Maricopa County Bar Association, including the Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Section. He is admitted to practice law in both Arizona and Minnesota, as well as the United States District Court for the Districts of Arizona and Minnesota. Paul is also a member of the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys, Valley Estate Planners, National Care Planning Council, Scottsdale Phoenix Executive Association and the Arizona Fiduciaries Association.
