Scarlett's Night Club and Cabaret in Costa Rica under New Ownership
Scarlett's, the popular night club in San Pedro, Costa Rica known for its bold advertising and promotions has recently been purchased by an entrepreneur from Chicago, IL.

SAN PEDRO, COSTA RICA, July 27, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Scarlett's Night Club and Cabaret has recently been purchased from an adult entertainment company in Costa Rica. The new owner is David Vento, a Chicago based business owner and entrepreneur.

Scarlett's Night Club in Costa Rica is an adult entertainment club that was founded back 2007 and since then has gone through many changes from a successful strip club to a business that was on the verge of bankruptcy due to unpaid debts and mismanagement of funds.

As part of the new ownership change, 50% of the old staff was let go but the manager of the club and several key employees were kept.

Mr. Vento, the current owner, who is known for successfully turning businesses around purchased Scarlett's Night Club and Cabaret because he believes that it is a sound investment as, "Scarlett's Night Club and Cabaret is a potential gold mine in Costa Rica with the right management, marketing and staff".

Scarlett's Night Club will re-open with a different business model that is based on offering a better and classier night club experience as well include new features to the club like Amateur Nights and a sports bar.

As part of their marketing effort for the new night club, a new website was created which offers promotions, party packages, a newsletter and videos.

The new night club is currently going through extensive renovations to give the club a more sophisticated and classier look. The club is scheduled to re-open on July 29, 2011 with a grand re-opening party.

As part of their re-launch project, Scarlett's Night Club will be having an auction for a VIP room coupon, and pre-opening party.
