The Management Trust Acquires Professional Management Associates
Nation's Third-Largest Community Management Company Enters Denver Market

AURORA, CO, July 05, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The Management Trust, America's third-largest community association management firm, today announced the acquisition of Professional Management Associates (PMA) of Aurora.

PMA will now become a key unit of The Management Trust, the only 100 percent employee-owned firm in the condominium and homeowner association management industry. The Management Trust is based in Tustin, CA.

Working out of the family's basement, Kutzer's mother started PMA in 1983; Kutzer joined the company four years later, after attending Colorado State University. PMA has since grown to serve community associations in the Denver metropolitan area and along the front range from Castle Rock to Broomfield.

Terms of the transaction were not released. The acquisition is the second by The Management Trust in 2011.
