Ross has risen to the peak of his profession as a result of his determination as well as the demonstration of his exceptional work ethic, combined with his extensive knowledge and magnificent management skills. He established his company in 1985 after a successful career with Price Waterhouse Coopers. Ross is a corporate and individual taxation specialist, advising and administering companies from small management enterprises to unlisted public companies.

Mr. Flint has spent the past 25 years dedicated to successfully running his business. He has vast experience servicing the needs of high net-worth individuals and superannuation funds, including advising on property transactions and executive remuneration packaging. During his educational career, Ross earned a Bachelor's Degree in Financial Management. He is also a Chartered Accountant. Mr. Flint is a member of the Institute of Chartered Public Accountants.
