While inclusion in the Cambridge Who's Who Registry is an honor, only a small selection of members in each discipline are chosen for this distinction. These special honorees are distinguished based on their professional accomplishments, academic achievements, leadership abilities, years of service, and the credentials they have provided in association with their Cambridge Who's Who membership.

As the owner of Bydal Enterprises Inc., Ms. Victor uses her expertise to visit properties, make offers and supervise real estate deals. After working in health care for many years, Ms. Victor became interested in the real estate business, and found it to be more enjoyable. She is very passionate about the field, and attributes her success to her focus, perseverance and listening to what people need.

In 1993, Ms. Victor earned a bachelor's degree in occupational therapy from McGill University. She also holds a bachelor's degree in anatomical science from McGill. Ms. Victor has been recognized for helping homeless veterans and helping the sick. She aspires to build her own private school, to expand her private company and increase the number of investment properties she acquires. She also hopes to educate more people about finance and real estate investing.
