Mark Girouard, MBA, joins Synergetic Finance of Seattle as the Director of Business Valuation + Consulting and Mergers + Acquisitions teams.

SEATTLE, WA, November 16, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Seattle-based Synergetic Finance has added Mark Girouard, MBA to its talented team of business consultants. With more than ten years of global experience in corporate finance, corporate development and investment management, Girouard will serve as the Director for Synergetic Finance's Business Valuation + Consulting and Mergers + Acquisitions teams.

Girouard comes to Synergetic Finance with a wide range of experience including valuation assignments, M&A deals, divestitures, dispositions and strategic plans. He has also served as a Financial Manager, working for Pier 1 Imports, Verde Realty and other firms. Synergetic Finance and its clients will benefit from Girouard's ability to streamline the business valuation process, structure transactions and support the M&A integration process. His expertise with financial data analysis and aligning business initiatives will also be advantageous for the Synergetic Finance team, bringing expertise from a different vantage point.

Girouard has a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MBA in finance from Boston College. He is currently finishing up the coursework to earn the AVA designation to become an Accredited Valuation Analyst.
