A multi-awarded sales executive, Ms. LaTour has 37 years of experience in sales, revenue management, key account management, entrepreneurial investment and advisement, general management, operations, consumer products, strategic planning, and change leadership. She brings her expertise to Belle Capital, LP, Women Angels, LLC and LaTour Decor, an independently owned home furnishings company. As owner, investor and limited partner, she is responsible for working with small business investors and coaching companies on business strategy, financial analysis, investing and advising, purchasing, general management and customer relations.

Previously, Ms. LaTour had an extensive, successful career with Pepsi Americas and PepsiCo, Inc., where she occupied positions of leadership in various divisions from 1980 to 2011. Highlights of her career include performing executive key account revenue management of 43.3 million cases and net sales of $346 million, managing 640 employees and net sales of $270 million, coaching and mentoring over 1000 sales professionals in seven states, and winning more than 50 national and divisional/regional sales and customer awards and incentives.

Ms. LaTour received an MBA with a concentration in finance and a Bachelor of Arts in marketing, both from Lewis University. She also obtained a private pilot's license from the same institution. Her professional affiliations include the Criminal Justice Commission of Palm Beach County - Executive Committee, the Economic Council of Palm Beach County - Board of Diretors/Executive Committee, the Raymond F. Kravis Center for the Performing Arts - Executive Committee, Keep Florida Beautiful - Board of Directors, Corporate Creations - Board of Advisors, Pepsi Americas Diversity Advisory Council, Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches, Merchandising Executives Club, Chicago Oilman's Club, Grocery Manufacturers Sales Executives Club, and the Gamma Chi chapter of Delta Epsilon Sigma.
