With over seven years of experience in her field, in 2009 Ms. Tyndale became Vice President at USI Insurance Services. Ms. Tyndale specializes in property & casualty insurance program placement, risk management, and contract negotiation. She is responsible for meeting with clients and designing personalized insurance programs that meet their needs and fit within their budgets. She handles large clients in the millions as well as small clients in the thousands, while working with them to fulfill their service and alternative needs. She is proud to work within the male-dominated insurance industry, which has turned out very few successful female producers. Ms. Tyndale began her career in insurance with Liberty Mutual in Commercial Lines as a Direct Property and Casualty Producer. She attributes her success to her academic and professional drive, as well as her creativity, which she utilizes when designing client-specific insurance programs. She stresses the importance of responsiveness and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Ms. Tyndale received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Maryland College Park in 2003, having completed coursework at the Weiss-Barron School of Arts & Entertainment in 1999. She is a member of the Millionaires Club. As a testament to her excellence within her field, Ms. Tyndale has been named Producer of the Year, Property Producer of the Year, and Rookie of the Year. In years to come, Ms. Tyndale hopes to continue to excel within the insurance industry.
